Overview
The Teenage Harp Course for Pedal and Non Pedal Hapists will return as Residential Course for 2022.
Registration is at 2.00pm on 21st August with the first event commencing at 3.00pm.
This is a fun, creative course for pedal and non-pedal harpists aged 12-18. You will work with your tutor individually and in small groups on technique and solo repertoire. Keziah Thomas will guide you through making a pop song arrangement and Amanda Whiting will lead jazz workshops, suitable for all levels of experience.
Leisure activities include a Hamster Ball inflatable session and a visit to Sherborne town centre. There will be a recital by the tutors and the course will end with a students’ concert.
All tutors are highly experienced, teaching at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
