Ruth Faber Harp Courses- Terms and Conditions

• Ruth Faber reserves the right to cancel the course in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case money paid in relation to the course fee, alternatively the deposit, will be refunded and the student and the student's family accept that no further loss shall be recoverable by them from Ruth Faber as a result of such cancellation.

• Ruth Faber reserves the right to send a student home early, at the expense of the student's parents and with no refund of the course fee if a student's behaviour is unacceptable or disruptive or if the student is unable or unwilling to co-operate with instructions given by staff.

• If a student causes damage to any equipment or part of the building, the student and/or the student's parents or guardians will be held fully responsible and required to pay for the repair or replacement resulting from the damage.

• In your own interest you are advised to take personal insurance cover in case of illness, injury, cancellation or similar in relation to the course.

• Please make sure that all harps and items of value are properly insured, Ruth Faber and the hosting school accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of instruments, clothing or personal property.

• Ruth Faber reserves the right to modify the advertised programme of events.

• Please note that whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, participation in sports and activities is entirely at your child's own risk and attendance on the course involves acceptance of this risk
